About pRxEngage

pRxEngage exists to make clinical trials clear and accessible for people living with a condition. We connect people, community organisations, research sites, and industry through trust, plain language, and meaningful engagement.

Our Story

pRxEngage began with a personal loss.

Losing a close friend to a condition with limited treatment options exposed a pain many go through: even when clinical trials exist, the people who might benefit never get the chance to benefit. Often they never hear about them, or cannot make sense of what participation really involves.

Through our founder’s work in clinical research, this gap became impossible to ignore. Good studies were struggling to reach people, not because of a lack of science, but because information was unclear, distant, or difficult to navigate.

pRxEngage was created to change that. We focus on trust, transparency, and plain language so people and communities can explore clinical trials on their own terms, without pressure or confusion.

Many of the people building pRxEngage live with conditions themselves. This work is not abstract for us. It’s personal. That perspective shapes how we design, communicate, and show up every day.

A note on Sylvester

Sylvester was more than a friend. He was the reason this work began.

We lost him too young to sickle cell disease, but his memory continues to guide everything we do.
