About pRxEngage
pRxEngage exists to make clinical trials clear, accessible and empowering for patients. We bridge the gap between people, clinical trials, community organisations, biopharma, CROs and research sites through trust, plain language and meaningful engagement.
Our Story
pRxEngage was born from personal experience. Losing a close friend to a disease with limited options sparked a mission to ensure that no one faces confusion or distance when looking for clinical trials.
Our founder’s work in clinical research revealed how many good clinical trials never reach the people who could benefit most. We created pRxEngage to change that. By focusing on transparency, trust and empowerment, we give patients and communities the tools to explore trials on their terms.
Sylvester (right) was more than a friend. He was the reason I began this work. We lost him too young to sickle cell disease, but his memory drives everything we do.

Empowering Patients, Supporting Research
- Provide simple, searchable listings of clinical trials near you.
- Translate eligibility criteria into plain language.
- Give people clear information and real choice without pressure
- Help biopharma, CROs and research sites engage with motivated patients earlier.
